Ni-Cu/γ-Al2O3-ZrO2催化剂的制备及其脱氢性能
Preparation of Ni-Cu/γ-Al2O3-ZrO2 catalyst and its activity in dehydrogenation of methylcyclohexane

Abstract
Bimetallic catalysts,Ni-Cu/γ-Al2O3-ZrO2,were synthesized through impregnation, co-precipitation and deposition-precipitation separately,and characterized by means of XRD,TEM,BET and NH3-TPD. The performances of the catalysts in the dehydrogenation of methylcyclohexane(MCH) were evaluated in a fixed-bed microreactor,and the influences of n(Ni)∶n(Cu) and n(Zr)∶n(Al) in the catalysts,reaction temperature and LHSV on the dehydrogenation were investigated. The results indicated that,all the catalysts had large specific surface area,pore volume and pore size,and there were a number of Ni0 on their surface. The catalyst prepared through the impregnation had more acid sites with moderate acidity,which contributed to the adsorption of the reactants on the catalyst surface. A proper amount of Zr can enhance the stability of the support and promote synergistic effect between the active components and the support,and a proper amount of Cu can improve the activity of the catalysts. Under the optimized reaction conditions of Ni-Cu/γ-Al2O3-ZrO2 with n(Zr)∶n(Al) 0.25 and n(Ni)∶n(Cu) 8∶2 synthesized through the impregnation as the catalyst,reaction temperature 450℃and LHSV 10 h-1,the conversion of MCH and the selectivity to toluene reached 82.6%and 98.2%,respectively.关键词
