Abstract
Objective:To study the influence of Leptin on cell invasiveness in triple-negative breast cancer cell line MDA-MB-231. Method:Cell scratching and Transwell invasion assay were used to observe the impact of Leptin on cell invasiveness. Results:Compared with the control group, Leptin could significantly enhance the MDA-MB-231 migration to the center of scratches. Transwell experiment found that, compared to control cells, the invasive ability of MDA-MB-231 cells significantly increased with Leptin induction. It was displayed for the increasing cells that had penetrated the basement membrane and spread well. Conclusion:Leptin can significantly induce the migration and invasiveness for the breast cancer MDA-MB-231 cells.关键词
