Evaluation of the Correlation of Four System for Testing HIV-1 Genotype Drug Resistance
目的：比较HIVDB （7.0.1）、ANRS （25_09/2015）、REGA （9.1.0）和HIV GRADE （12/2015）4种解释系统对HIV-1基因型耐药结果解释的一致性。方法：选取我国3种主要HIV-1流行亚型和流行重组模式（B’、CRF01_AE和CRF07_BC），每种选取200条序列，共600条序列。分别用4种解释系统进行耐药结果分析，分为耐药（R）、中度耐药（I）和敏感（S）3个水平。对4种结果进行统计学分析。结果：4…查看全部>>
