Effect of 53 cases of Uygur patients with gestational diabetes mellitus blood glucose controlled by evidence-based nursing

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of evidence-based nursing in the control of blood glucose in patients with GDM. Methods 53 cases of GDM in our hospital were randomly divided into 26 cases and observation group of 27 cases. The observation group was given routine GDM diet education, evidence-based nursing group on the basis of giving evidence based nursing intervention measures. Observation time of 28 days, compared with two groups of patients with blood glucose and fructose amine levels. Results there was no significant difference in the fasting blood glucose, blood glucose, and fructose level between the two groups before and after the intervention (P > 0.05). After the intervention, the evidence based nursing group was significantly lower than that in the observation group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The evidence based nursing intervention measures, the evidence based nursing group were significantly lower than before intervention, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). With the gestational GDM education, the blood glucose of the observation group was significantly decreased after 2 hours and 2 hours after dinner, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05), and there was no significant difference (P > 0.05) before and after the fasting blood glucose, 2 hours after breakfast. Conclusion evidence based nursing can effectively control the blood glucose level of the patients with GDM, and it is worthy of further popularization and application.关键词
