媒介融合背景下版权授权机制探析
On Copyright Authorization Mechanism under the Background of Media Convergence

Abstract
Copyright authorization mechanism is a series of system, which bases on the subject and object of copyright authorization, connects the owner and user of copyright through a certain pat ern of authorization.On a background of media convergence, the increasing of copyright authorization subject, the expansion of copyright authorization object and limitations of the authorization pat ern bring many chal enges to the copyright authorization mechanism, which formed in the traditional environment. Based on the analysis of the chal enges, the paper gives the strategies to improve the copyright authorization mechanism.关键词
