论媒介融合背景下数字版权交易制度的完善
On the Improvement of Digital Copyright Trading Institution in the Context of Media Convergence

Abstract
The Internet is an open copyright society for 24 hours, and the Internet technology has changed the related transaction among the traditional copyrighted works thoroughly. The paper is devoted to a detailed deconstruction of the digital copyright trading institution from the aspects of assessment system, authorization system, charging system, contract system and the implementation mechanism, and clear that we should explore the copyright evaluation system based on more than two verification methods, construct the authorization system giving consideration to both spreading efficiency of the internet and permission efficiency of the copyright, improve the digital copyright charging system from the aspects of non-exclusive license relationship, charging standard and dispute set lement mechanism, observe the contract system and improve the implementation mechanism copyright agency.关键词
