Wheel-rail Interaction and Safety Analysis of No. 12 Scissors Crossover for 30 t Axle-load Wagon
摘要
Abstract
The turnouts designed for 30 t axle-load wagon have been used on central and southern heavy haul railway corridor in Shanxi province. However, no study has ever been conducted on auxiliary scissors crossover for heavy haul railway. Based on vehicle-turnout coupled dynamics, a No. 12 scissors crossover coupled dynamic model for 30 t axle-load wagon is established with multi-body dynamics software SIMPACK. The influences of wagons passing though scissors crossover, wagon speed and rail cant on wagon running safety indexes are analyzed. Reasonable recommendations are proposed for the design of the scissors crossover for 30 t axle-load heavy haul railway.关键词
