摘要

Abstract

In response do auxiliary converter thermal design requirements, the iterative equation of finite volume method is established and design procedures and method for thermal simulation are presented in combination with the urban rail transit auxiliary converter thermal design. Based on this method, mathematical models of the auxiliary converter case and the internal main electrical components for Beijing Subway Line 13 are established. With IGBT heat loss calculation method in combination of simulation and formula calculation, the hexahedral grid discretizing time and space domain model, and by virtue of the CFD software iterating finite volume method, the thermal simulation calculation is conducted. The results satisfy the requirements of the temperature rise. According to the thermal design results, prototype is made, the steady-state temperature rise test is conducted, and actual test results and simulation results are compared. The results satisfy the design expectation and verify the feasibility of the thermal simulation finite volume analysis method.
