摘要

Abstract

As a precondition of the stationary anode furnace manufacturing recycled copper by gas fuel, the technical characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of the high temperature air combustion, dilute oxygen combustion, catalytic combustion and other new types of combustion are analyze, and the new types application prospect base on the stationary anode furnace's process features and production practices are discussed in this article. For the traditional combustion technology, such as the combustion air preheating, oxygen-enriched combustion and half-dilute oxygen combustion, some ameliorative theories and practices are expounded in this article. Through those experiments, we've achieved the goal of energy saving and consumption reducing.
