Research on the Integration Mode of Artistic Talent Based on Excellent Personnel
摘要
Abstract
The implementation of excellent personnel training plan must fuse the integration of artistic talent training mode .On the basis of integration of educational resources and the school enterprise cooperation , the key elements of training programs , train-ing mechanism, curriculum, teaching, teachers and expanding teaching are established , to give the full play to the integration of ar-tistic talent training mode on human resources support .The relationship between the integration mode and artistic talents is refined . Developing a strong practice , good innovation and management will operate the new outstanding artistic talent , to serve the local cul-ture and economic development .关键词
