英国卓越教师计划及对我国免费师范生培养的启示
Excellent Teacher Scheme in UK and the Inspiration to Cultivate Free Normal Students
摘要
Abstract
Teachers are an important force in the development of education , along with the excellent development of national education reform carried out , more and more attention of teachers , excellent teachers have developed plans in line with national con-ditions, and the UK is one of them .Development of British excellence in teacher development program has experienced a gradual process , and has appeared in several important texts related to outstanding teachers in training .Those teachers emphasized text mas-tery of knowledge , attention to personal and professional development , emphasizing the role model and excellent teachers monitoring and evaluation of teachers , as a basis of free education for students , drawing a strict selection Recruit Training should formulate poli-cies to attract outstanding graduates , optimize teacher education curriculum , process the culture of lifelong learning awareness , in-crease diversification programs , promote free comprehensive development of free normal students and establish appropriate supervi -sion evaluation mechanism to achieve the integration of pre-service training model after revelation .关键词
