On the Functions of County-level Teacher Training Institutions under the Background of New Urbanization
摘要
Abstract
Great changes have taken place in rural basic education under the background of new urbanization , which enhances a series of new requirements on quality of teachers as the subject of education , which brings the training work new challenges .The training institutions at the county level should change operation mechanism , renew ideas and cooperation mode with the times , and comprehensively improve their training functions , including the update of the concept of the policy system , the upgrading of the op-erating system, the refreshment of the teacher’s knowledge and ability, and the reinforcement of the cooperation with the higher nor-mal colleges , the update of the training cooperation mode .In the new era , the appeal of the rural fundamental education should be a-chieved , to make the great contribution to the construction of the new urbanization .关键词
