新型职业农民的职业精神及其构建
The New Professional Farmers′Professionalism and Its Construction in China
摘要
Abstract
New professional farmers are the dominant force in the construction of modern agriculture,and the idea of modern agriculture gives them new mission and responsibility.Hence cultivating new professional farmers becomes an in-disapensable factor in the development of modern agriculture.Farmers′professionalism includes honesty,love and re-spect of farmers work,responsibility and dedication as its basic contents.This paper suggests that the cultivation of farm-er professionalism can be realized by talents selection,agricultural practice,education and social atmosphere though it is a new problem which needs to be continuously explored and improved in practice.关键词
