摘要

Abstract

In order to study the effect of temperature,pH,C/N on ammonia nitrogen removal and power generation,a two-chamber microbial fuel cell(MFC)with ammonia nitrogen as the substrate is produced.And the optimum values of factors in MFC are achieved.Results show that,when temperature is 30 ℃,the microorganism is most active,the removal is 77.7%,and the voltage is 50.3mV.pH affects both ammonia′s physical volatilization and biological remov-al.When it is alkaline(7.5 ±0.5),both ammonia removal and voltage obtain the best effect. The addition of organic matter changes the dominant species in MFC,and further affects the removal and power generation.C/N=1∶4 can be used as the optimal control value in the treat-ment of ammonia nitrogen wastewater.
