一种低成本的大功率光伏离网逆变器设计
Design of a low-cost and high-power photovoltaic off-grid inverter

Abstract
Since the photovoltaic(PV)off⁃grid inverter’s power is too low and the SPWM control algorithm for it is com⁃plex to implement,the SPWM digital implementation method is studied,and a implementation scheme of high⁃power and low⁃cost PV off⁃grid inverter based on STM32F030 microcontroller is proposed. With the scheme,the direct current in PV cell is in⁃verted into the low⁃voltage alternating current of power frequency,and then the alternating current is boosted to the electric sup⁃ply through the power frequency transformer. The DC/DC power supplying for the control circuit can realize the wide range volt⁃age input and pulse skipping modulation to reduce the switching loss. The inverter bridge arm is composed of 7 MOSFETs in⁃stead of 1 IGBT,which can reduce the cost and increase the output power(the maximum output power can reach up to 6 720 W). The improved SPWM digital realization method is proposed for the control algorithm. The method is liable to implement on low⁃cost microcontroller,and can further reduce the control cost. The experimental results show that the inverter can output the stable 220 V alternating current while loaded.关键词
