The influence of NF-κB on the expressions of OPN and MMP-9 in endometrial glandular epithelial cells and its cell invasiveness
摘要
Abstract
Objective:Discuss RNAi of nuclear factor kappa B p65 of endometriosis eutopic endometrial glandular epithelial cells in OPN and MMP-9 expression and cell invasion. Methods:The NF-κB p65 gene silencing of siRNA intervention on 10 cases of eutopic endome-trium of patients with endometriosis in primary epithelial cells. OPN, NF-κB p65 and MMP-9 protein and mRNA expressions and cell invasion were deteceted using Western blot,Real-time PCR and Transwell. Results:Compared with nonintervention group, after NF-κB intervention, There was no significant difference in the expressions of OPN protein and mRNA in EMs gland epithelial cells,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0. 05). The expressions of NF-κB and MMP-9 protein and mRNA reduced,the differences were statistically significant( P<0 . 05 ) . Conclusions:NF-κB may be through down regulation of MMP-9 expression and change the cell invasiveness to induces the occurrence of EMs.关键词
