基于TRIZ理论的双轴向经编机铺纬系统研究
Study on Weft Laying System of Biaxial Warp Knitting Machine Based on TRIZ Theory
摘要
Abstract
This paper analyzes functional requirements of biaxial weft laying system and designs weft laying system of biaxial warp knitting machine with TRIZ theory in allusion to existing problems of initial design of weft laying system. It first determines technical parameters for the contradictory relation between transverse mass and weft laying speed, then designs two schemes respectively with segmentation principle and rej ecting and regenerating principle in TRIZ theory and finally verifies these schemes with engineering practice.The verification result shows that the design scheme obtained according to segmentation principle can greatly improve the operating speed of weft laying system and then increase production rate when the overall structure of machine is not greatly changed. The system has been applied to practical production process of a textile enterprise.关键词
