背景：干细胞移植是治疗致盲性眼病的一种新方法，关于视网膜干细胞移植对青光眼视网膜神经节细胞保护作用的研究不多。目的：探讨视网膜干细胞移植对青光眼大鼠视网膜神经节细胞的保护作用。方法：将45只SD大鼠随机分为3组(n=15)：对照组、模型组、视网膜干细胞移植组，后2组建立青光眼大鼠模型，视网膜干细胞移植组大鼠在建模后第7天向玻璃体腔内注射1 mL视网膜干细胞(5×106个细胞)，模型组大鼠注射等量的PBS，对照组大鼠不予任何处理，移植2周后进行相关…查看全部>>
