食管癌术前营养策略与术后肺部并发症发生率的相关性研究

Abstract
Objective To study the correlation between the preoperative nutrition strategy and the incidence of postop-erative pulmonary complications in esophageal cancer. Methods Seventy cases of esophageal cancer with nutritional risk in pre-operative screening undergoing elective surgery in our hospital from August 2012 to August 2015 were selected and divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number table method ,35 cases in each group. The control group was given the conventional dietary intervention ,while the study group was given the enteral nutrition intervention. The nutritional indicators,blood gas indicators,lung function indicators and occurrence situation of postoperative lung complications were com-pared between the two groups. Results The prealbumin(PA),retinol conjugated protein(RBP),ferritin(F),transferring(TRF), PO2,FEV1,FVC and MVV in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group ,while PCO2 level was lower than that in the control group,the occurrence rates of aspiration pneumonia,lung infection and acute respiratory failure were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The preoperative enteral nutri-tion interventions in esophageal cancer can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative pulmonary complications.关键词
