摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of continuous nursing combined with rehabilitation guidance on the knee joint function, complications and psychological aspects in the patients with tibial fracture. Methods Ninety-two patients with tibial fractures treated in our hospital from June 2013 to May 2015 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided in-to the intervention group and the conventional group according to the random number table method , 46 cases in each group. The conventional group received the routine nursing ,while on this basis the intervention group received the continuous nursing care combined with rehabilitation guidance. The knee joint function in the two groups were evaluated after postoperative 3 ,6 months during the follow-up period and the incidence rates of complications were compared between the two groups. Results During postoperative 3,6 months follow-up,the knee joint HSS scores in the intervention group were(70.5±16.9)points and(88.8±11.5) points respectively, which were significantly higher than (58.3±15.2)points and (74.4±11.8) points in contemporaneous conven tional group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the knee joint HSS scores at postoperative 6 months in the two groups were significantly increased compared with those at postoperative 3 months ,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). During follow up period, the occurrence rate of complications in the intervention group was 4.35%(2/46),which was signifi-cantly lower than 17.39%(8/46) in the conventional group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The continuous nursing combined with the rehabilitation guidance can promote the recovery of knee joint function ,reduces the inci-dence rate of complications, and promotes the early recovery and life self-care of patients.关键词
