襄阳市国家免疫规划疫苗接种率情况调查
Investigation on vaccination rate situation of national immunization program in Xiangyang City

Abstract
Objective To survey the vaccination situation of the national vaccine immunization program implementation in Xiangyang City of Hubei Province and to analyze its influencing factors. Methods All 12 counties(districts) of the whole city participated in the survey. The vaccination situation of the national vaccine immunization program implementation was investigated in each 60 children of 1,2,3,4,5 years old groups by adopting the stratified random sampling method. The Excel 2010 software was used for conducting the statistical analysis. Results In 300 respondents , the rate of establishing immunization card was 100.00%. The vaccine immunization rates of BCG,OPV,DTP,MV and HEPB were 99.00%,97.00%,96.33%,91.33%and 97.67%respectively. The"5-vaccine"full-course immunization coverage rate was 87.00%. The new expanded national immunization pro-gram vaccine of HEPA had an immunization rate of 57.22%. The vaccination rates in urban and rural areas were basically same. Conclusion The"5-vaccine"single immunization rate in the whole city maintains at a high level. The rate of establishing immu-nization card is also higher,but the problem of low coverage rate of new expanded HEPA immunization exists. The future work should focus on strengthening the related work measures and improving the quality of immunization program.关键词
