摘要
Abstract
Although Lady Xing ,who was the noble wife of the Chief General Imperial Mandate at the Jung Mansion ,existed just like a shadow in this big noble family .She was excluded from the family power core and thus lost family power for three reasons .Firstly ,her husband ,Jia He was made a mere figurehead .Secondly ,she herself was of humble origin and finally ,Lady Dowager ,her mother‐in‐law ,had bias against her .Her remarriage and childless embarrassment made her deal with the fam‐ily members in a gentle and agreeable way .Being stifled and angered by the family power core headed by Lady Dowager ,Lady Xing and her husband provoked incidents from time to time simply to resist it .Lady Xing who was involved in the power struggle became a mirror for the current people to probe into the operation and the characteristics of the power struggle at the Jia Mansion and the traditional ancient Chinese society as w ell .关键词
