A Study of Teaching Operation Mechanism in Chinese Foreign Joint Bachelor’ s Degree Programmes at Local Universities：Taking Hubei Engineering University as an Example

Abstract
Chinese foreign joint education programmes have got development in higher education system in China .Taking Hubei Engineering University as an example ,this paper analyzed the present situa‐tion and problems in Chinese foreign joint bachelor ’ s degree programmmes at local universities .It proposed that joint programmes at local universities ought to attach much importance to English teach‐ing and apply the introduced foreign teaching resources and teaching concepts .But there were also problems such as insufficient integration of language courses and professional courses and lacked deep cooperation between Chinese universities and foreign universities .Local universities should promote the programmes in four mechanisms ,including talent cultivation mechanism ,teaching management mechanism ,resource allocation mechanism and quality assurance mechanism so as to maximize the u‐nique effects of the Chinese foreign joint education programmes .关键词
