Structures and Bioactivities of Napyradiomycins Compounds from Streptomyces albiflaviniger YN-1 0-2

摘要

Abstract

A rhizosphere strain Streptomyces albiflaviniger YN-10-2 isolated from Cycas panzhihuaensis Zhou L et Yang S Y at Yunnan University was chosen to study its secondary metabolites.Six napyradiomycins compounds were purified from 20 L solid fer-mentation culture.Their chemical structures were elucidated mainly by spectroscopic analyses including nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR)spectroscopy and electrospray ionization mass spectroscopy(ESI-MS).Results showed that these six compounds were identi-fied as napyradiomycin B1(1),napyradiomycin B3(2),napyradiomycin C1(3),napyradiomycin A2a(4),napyradiomycin A2b(5)and 3-chloro-6,8-dihydroxy-8-α-lapachone(6),respectively.Among these compounds,napyradiomycins A2a(4)and A2b(5)are epimers. Additionally,compounds 1-3 exhibited inhibitory activities against Staphylococcus aureus in the antimicrobial tests by disc diffusion assay.
