Abstract
Based on ITU-E800 QoE theory and MVQ monitoring model, this paper introduced a mobile voice quality evaluation system based on user perception, based on which, a voice quality management system was developed. Practical application of this system in Guangdong Mobile harvested a complaint decline and enhanced the user perception.关键词
