Abstract
To design and develop video value-added services in the converged media environment, the paper proposed a design scheme of video cloud service layer based on CMCC public service platform, a "hybrid cloud media"flexible architecture, with third-party video content providers and cloud media CDN cloud platform seamless access, providing end-to-end video cloud services to effectively improve the user experience, carried out signiifcant exploration in hybrid cloud streaming media broadcast and data-mining based cloud recognition.关键词
