摘要

Abstract

To study how to solve the problem of accurate marketing for operators in the 4G Mobile Internet plus era, using the signaling big data analysis method, the paper proposed that signaling big data marketing platform should be founded ifrst in order to integrate online and oflfine resources of the operator, and then, user sense centralized marketing strategies should be planned accordingly. Finally, all marketing behaviors should be digitized to achieve the goal of supporting marketing.
