Abstract
Targeting mobile communications industry’s lack of standards essential patents licensing rules, the paper first introduced the status quo of the industry standards essential patent licensing, and then combining with the patent dispute cases raised major problems in current patent licensing rules, and analyzed the differences between the two disputing parties, and finally considering the development of the industry, proposed suggestions of regulating standard essential patents licensing rules, providing reference for industry professionals, collaboratively setting the industry standards.关键词
