摘要

Abstract

To better enforce video surveillance and fast and effective transmission of voice and video messages during emergency on the Yangtze River, seamless network coverage is necessary. Thus, the paper proposed an entire broadband network solution. Based on the propagation model over the river and waveguide effect research, a zigzag method for wireless coverage was proposed to solve the seamless coverage problem. And through the research on the data lfow and evaluation of traffic, distributed core network method was proposed to realize the function of distributed management, centralized schedule, and localized transmission network. The simulation results and evaluations of traffic lfow indicated that the solution could meet the quality requirement of coverage and management.
