双球囊导管在足月妊娠促宫颈成熟和引产中的应用
Application of Double Balloon Catheter in Cervical Maturity Promotion and Induced Labor of Full-Term Pregnancy

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of double balloon catheter in cervical maturity promotion and induced labor of full-term pregnancy. Methods A total of 215 cases of pregnant women with full-term pregnancy were selected as research objects. 135 cases of pregnant women in the observation group were given double balloon catheter for cervical maturity promotion and induced labor, while 80 cases of pregnant women in the control group were given intravenous infusion with pitocin. The cervical maturity promotion rate (cervical Bishop score), induced labor time, total labor time, delivery mode and birth outcomes of both groups were compared. Results Before intervention, there was no statistical difference in cervical Bishop score between two groups (P>0.05);after intervention, the Bishop score of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05). The vaginal birth rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group, and the cesarean section rate was significantly lower than that of control group (P<0.05);No statistical difference was found between two groups in the forceps midwifery rate (P >0.05); The pitocin usage rate of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group (P <0.05). The incidences of stiffness reduction of the uterus and newborn asphyxia of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group (P <0.05), while no statistical difference was found between two groups in the incidence of postpartum urinary retention, 2-hour postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal weight (P>0.05). Conclusions The application effect of double balloon catheter in cervical maturity promotion and induced labor of full-term pregnancy is significant, with significantly improving cervical condition, developing vaginal childbirth, shortening labor time and reducing neonatal complications.关键词
