肱骨近端锁定钢板治疗老年肱骨近端骨折的临床疗效分析

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of locking proximal humeral plate in treatment of senile proximal humerus fractures. Methods From January 2009 to December 2015, 92 cases of elderly patients with proximal humerus fractures treated in our hospital were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the admission sequence, with 46 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional plate surgery, the observation group was treated with locking proximal humeral plate. The clinical effects, Neer function scores, operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume, healing time of fracture in two groups were compared. Results The operation time of two groups had no statistical difference (P>0.05); the intraoperative bleeding volume, healing time of fracture in observation group were significantly less than those in control group (P<0.05). The each items scores and total scores of Neer in observation group were significantly better than those in control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of observation group was 91.3%, significantly higher than 71.7% of control group (P <0.05). Conclusions Locking proximal humeral plate in treatment of senile proximal humerus fractures can significantly improve the treatment effects, and optimize the clinical related indicators, which is worthy of promotion and application.关键词
