摘要
Abstract
Objective To compare the effect of loop electrosurgical excision procedure (LEEP) and cold knife conization (CKC) in treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasias (CIN). Methods 80 CIN patients treated in our hospital from July 2011 to July 2012 were selected and equally divided into control group and study group. The study group was treated with LEEP, the control group was treated with CKC. The clinical effects and complications in two groups were observed and compared. Results The healing time of incision and operation time in study group was shorter than those in control group (P<0.05), the intraoperative bleeding volume was less than that in control group (P <0.05). The coincidence rate of preoperative biopsy and postoperative pathology, droop rate of CIN grades, incidence of invasive carcinoma, positive rate of surgical margins in two groups had no statistical difference (P>0.05). The incidence of postoperative cervical adhesion in study group was lower than that in control group (P<0.05). Conclusions LEEP in treatment of CIN has the advantages of less complications, simple operation, less bleeding volume, quick wound healing and low recurrence rate, which is worthy of promotion in clinic.关键词
