手术治疗急性胃出血的临床效果观察

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of surgical treatment for acute gastric bleeding. Methods A total of 120 cases of patients with acute gastric bleeding admitted to our hospital from January 2012 to January 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was given conservative treatment, while the observation group was given surgical treatment. The effective rate of treatment and score of outcome's quality were compared between two groups. Results After treatment, the effective rate of observation group was 93.3%, significantly higher than 78.3%of control group (P<0.05);The score of outcome's quality of observation group was (82.3 ± 2.5) points, significantly higher than (67.5 ± 2.6) points of control group (P<0.05). Conclusions Surgical treatment for patients with acute gastric bleeding can effectively improve the curative effect and outcome's quality.关键词
