未足月胎膜早破218例的临床诊治分析

Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of premature rupture of membranes on mother and child, and to explore effective methods of clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods A total of 218 cases of patients with premature rupture of membranes admitted to our hospital from April 2014 to April 2015 were selected as observation group, and 218 cases of normal pregnant women in our hospital at the same period were selected as the control group. The delivery outcomes of two groups were compared. Results The maternal infection rate, incidences of neonatal aspiration pneumonia and asphyxia of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group (P<0.05). The vaginal assistant labor rate and cesarean section rate of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group (P<0.05). Conclusions Premature rupture of membranes can significantly increase the incidences of maternal and neonatal adverse events. We should strengthen the management of maternal prenatal care, and actively carry out preventive management of premature rupture of membranes.关键词
