Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation nursing intervention on the rehabilitation of patients with lumbar disc herniation. Methods A total of 130 cases of patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to our hospital from May 2013 to May 2015 were selected. According to the nursing intervention methods, all cases were divided into two groups, with 65 cases in each group. The control group received routine therapy and nursing, while the study group received quality rehabilitation nursing additionally. After nursing, the rehabilitation effects of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of study group was 92.31%, significantly higher than 80.00%of control group (P<0.05). After nursing, the recurrence rate of study group was significantly lower than that of control group, and the satisfaction rate to nursing and score of quality of life were significantly higher than those of control group, with statistical differences (P<0.05). Conclusions Rehabilitation nursing intervention has significant effect on the rehabilitation of patients with lumbar disc herniation, which can obviously improve the therapeutic effect and quality of life of patients. It is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
