Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of humanized nursing measures on the quality of life of patients with hemodialysis. Methods Sixty cases of patients with long-term hemodialysis were selected and divided into two groups equally. The control group received common nursing, while the intervention group was given humanized nursing on the basis of common nursing. The quality of nursing, patients' satisfaction degree to nursing and quality of life were compared between two groups. Results The scores of nursing quality including nursing service, nursing skill, communication and health education of intervention group were significantly higher than those of control group (P<0.05). The patients' satisfaction degree to nursing of intervention group was significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05). The scores of patients' quality of life including independent living, family integration, social interaction and psychology/emotion of intervention group were significantly higher than those of control group (P<0.05). Conclusions Humanized nursing for patients with hemodialysis can effectively improve the quality of nursing, and patients' satisfaction degree to nursing and quality of life.关键词
