摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the nursing of gamma globulin and phototherapy for the treatment of neonatal ABO hemolytic disease. Methods One hundred cases of neonatal ABO hemolytic disease admitted to our hospital from July 2014 to May 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups equally. All cases were treated with gamma globulin combined with phototherapy; in addition, the control group received basic nursing, while the observation group received standardized nursing intervention. The length of hospital stay, regression time of jaundice, level of serum bilirubin, nursing compliance and satisfaction to nursing were compared between two groups. Results The length of hospital stay and regression time of jaundice of observation group were significantly shorter than those of control group, and the level of serum bilirubin was significantly lower than that of control group (P<0.05). The rate of nursing compliance and satisfaction degree to nursing of observation group were 96.0%and 80.0%respectively, significantly higher than 62.0%and 60.0%of control group, respectively (P<0.05). Conclusions Gamma globulin and phototherapy combined with standardized nursing intervention has significant efficacy for neonatal ABO hemolytic disease, which can promote the recovery of disease quickly, and improve nursing compliance and satisfaction to nursing.关键词
