摘要
Abstract
To research the reason for axial rupture of hoop-wrapped composite cylinders with steel liner (CNG -Ⅱ),the CNG -Ⅱcylinder,which had been axially ruptured in actual hydraulic burst test,was simulated by finite element analysis(FEA).The veracity of established model by FEA was verified by comparing the results of FEA with the results of hydraulic burst test.On this basis,the stress of tested cyl-inder was analyzed to investigate the stress distribution of liner and composite layer.The results show that the axial stress was greater than the hoop stress of liner under burst pressure,resulting in the overpressure damage and axial rupture.关键词
