摘要

Abstract

Objective To explore the effectiveness of application of the spectral CT for the treatment of endostatin of the rabbit VX2 liver cancer model. Methods The 68 rabbits with VX2 liver tumors were randomly and evenly divided into Control Group and Trial Group with 34 rabbits in either group. From the 14 d after tumor transplantation, Group A was injected with endostain at the dose of 0.3 mg/kg continuously for 7 d;while, Group B was injected with saline and endostain at the same dose of 0.3 mg/kg with Group A continuously for 7 d, The rabbits were scanned to obtain gemstone spectral images. The reconstructed image data were transmitted to the image processing workstation for analysis. The iodine content of the tumor, area without tumor and the abdominal aorta were measured in the iodine map to calculate NIC (Normalized Iodine Concentrations). And the pre-and post-treatment NIC was compared. Results The NIC of the tumor tissue in both Group A and Group B were higher than the liver tissue without tumor, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). After the endostatin Endostar treatment, the NIC of tumor of Trail Group was less than that of Control Group, and less than pre-trestment NIC, with statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The endostain Endosar showed obvious antiangiogenic effects in spectrum CT scan to evaluate the tumor angiogenesis and the effect of the anti-angiogenesis therapy.
