Abstract
This paper discussed the difference and advantages of the PRVC (Pressure Regulated Volume Control) mode and the traditional VC (Volume Control) and PC (Pressure Control) mode of ventilator, the Peak Inspiratory Pressure (PIP) values under PRVC mode and PC mode with different inner diameters of tracheal tubes and spring tablets of test lung were measured. The results showed that PIP values under PRVC mode in different conditions were statistically lower than that under PC mode (P<0.05). This paper demonstrated that PIP value could be controlled better under PRVC mode, and the airway pressure injury could be reduced by using PRVC mode.关键词
