Abstract
Objective To investigate the ICU central venous catheter-related infection (CVC-RI)incidence,clinical prevention and reduction of catheter-related infection to provide the basis.Methods For central venous ICU of our hospital from catheterization of the clinical data of 360 cases of patients were retrospectively analyzed.Results The central venous catheter related infection and the total infection rate was 22.63%;different puncture site infection rates vary;indwelling catheter time more long,the infection rate is high;double lumen catheter indwelling infection rate is higher than the single lumen catheter indwelling.Conclusion ICU patients with CVC-RI is the result of joint action of various factors should be strictly central venous catheter each stage management,shorten the time of catheter,strengthen medical staff hand hygiene management and disinfection of puncture site,has a very important role in the occurrence of low central venous catheter related infections.关键词
