JCI标准下完善患者隐私权的探讨
Discussion on Improving the Patients, Privacy under the JCI Standard
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the patients, privacy if fully protected, in the process of medical behavior that according to the JCI standards medical personnel paying close attention to patients' privacy protection. Methods JCI standard was used in the department of hepatobiliary surgery in our hospital. 30 patients were included for the study, trained and arranged for the specific work according to the JCI standard. A comparative study was carried out about patients' privacy protection when the patient admitting and leaving the hospital. Results Our study have shown that the patients' privacy of our department was protected practicaliy and completely after the education and taking concrete measures according to JCI standards strictly( <0.05). Conclusion The patients' privacy can be protected practically and completely by improving hospital facilities and training medical personnel, implementing the relevant work in the process of medical treatment in accordance with the requirements of the JCI standard and medical personnel paying close attention to patients, privacy. This has important significance for promoting the construction of a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients.关键词
