Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of comfort care on the pain and satisfaction of patients with upper limb fracture surgery. Methods A retrospective analysis of the period from February 2015 to February 2016, clinical data of patients with fracture of upper limb in 84 cases in our hospital, they were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 42 patients in each group. Control group received routine nursing care of patients given comfortable nursing of patients in the observation group, the degree of pain and satisfaction degree were compared between two groups after operation. Results The clinical observation of the patients, the total effective rate was 95.23%, control group of patients the total efficiency was 83.33%, the difference is statistically significant ( <0.05);observation group of patients with postoperative pain was significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference is statistically significant ( <0.05);the observation group, patients satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference is statistically significant ( < 0.05). Conclusion For patients with fracture of upper limb surgery, postoperative nursing, can effectively reduce the pain of patients, and improve the clinical satisfaction, and is worth popularizing in clinical application.关键词
