摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of multi-slice spiral CT in right lower quadrant pain with female. Methods Imaging findings with right lower quadrant pain with female in 45 cases were retrospectively analyzed.Results 45 cases with right lower quadrant pain with female. Among of them, appendicitis in 8 cases,ureteral calculus in 5 cases,ectopic pregnancy in 5 cases,endometriosis in 3 cases,hydrosalpinx in 5 cases, pyosalpinx in 6 cases, ovarian cyst in 6 cases,ovarian cystadenoma in 4 cases and ovaries cystadenocarcinoma in 3 cases.Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of right lower quadrant pain shows objective, simple, rapid and accurate application value, which can be used as the preferred imaging method and it's effective for the surgery preoperative guidance and evaluation of medical treatment.关键词
