Abstract
Objective To summarize in video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery (Application of thoracoscopic surgery, VATS) single hole operation for lung bullae resection in the treatment of primary spontaneous pneumothorax (spontaneous pneumothorax, SP) nursing experience, methods and clinical experience. Methods We retrospectively for the 2008 to 2015 for 30 cases of SP with pulmonary bullae formation of patients undergoing VATS single hole operation, pulmonary bulla resection, individual effective nursing. Results All patients after the early operative treatment were obtained good effect, no serious complications occurred. The average hospitalization time was 11.22 + 2.18d. Patients were followed up for 1 to 5 years, no recurrence of pulmonary bullae, effect satisfaction. Conclusion VATS single hole operation for lung bullae resection surgery in the treatment of SP in patients with the implementation of individual, professional, high-quality care, effective communication between doctors and patients, reduce complications, promote the patient's rapid recovery, improve the quality of life of the patients.关键词
