摘要
Abstract
Objective Analysis of remifentanil and propofol intravenous anesthesia anesthesia anesthesia in orthopedic surgery.Methods Selected 204 patients in our hospital for surgical treatment of Department of orthopedics as the research object.According to the difference of anesthesia,the experimental group and the control group were divided into two groups.In the induction phase,two groups of patients received remifentanil combined with propofol anesthesia.Then,remifentanil combined with propofol total intravenous anesthesia,fentanyl combined with propofol intravenous anesthesia, in order to maintain the effect of anesthesia.Results The changes of heart rate and mean arterial pressure in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group.The recovery time,extubation time and the dosage of propofol in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group.Conclusion The effect of remifentanil combined with propofol intravenous anesthesia in Department of orthopedics surgery is more significant.关键词
