Abstract
Objective To analysis the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients with gallstones applications.Methods Our hospital 78 cases of patients with gallstones as the research object,through digital grouping were divided into observation group and control group, 39 cases for each group of patients.The control group patients'small incision surgical removal of the gallbladder;Observation group patients give laparoscopic gallbladder excision.On the length of hospital stay,the two groups of patients with gastrointestinal function recovery time,infection of incision,and complications were analyzed.Results Different methods after treatment,the observation group,all the indicators is better than that of control group, <0.05).Conclusion In treatment of patients with gallstones in the process of choosing treated by laparoscopic cholecystectomy,length of hospital stay, postoperative patients recovery time of gastrointestinal function,body recovery time were significantly shorter,less postoperative complications,patients with is worth popularization in clinical use.关键词
