Abstract
Objective To suffer for them in clinical otitis media with effusion in children adenoidectomy surgery line played to start exploring the effect and safety analysis. Methods I choose to take the hospital in February 2014 to February 2015 during the 160 admissions of children as inquiry object of this paper, which was in accordance with the order of admission into the experimental group and the reference group, two groups of 80 children were the experimental group in endoscopic guidance downward to adenoidectomy surgery; the reference line is set to simple tympanic catheterization and postoperative with proper medication. Treatment and control groups in order to do the analysis. Results The therapeutic effect of two groups of children in contrast, there are significant differences, after follow-up, the experimental group was significantly better than the reference group, <0.05, the existence of statistical significance. Conclusion In clinical them suffering from otitis media with effusion in children row adenoidectomy surgery, compared with tympanic catheterization is concerned more with the desired therapeutic effect, worthy of promotion and use.关键词
