青壮年原发性高血压患者血清中 ACE、AngII 水平 ACE 基因多态性之间的相关性分析
Correlation Analysis between ACE and AngII Levels of ACE Gene in the Serum of Young Adults with Essential Hypertension
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the relationship between gene polymorphism of ACE and serum ACE and angiotensin II in hypertensives of yong adults. Methods Using fluorescent in situ hybridization staining DNA sequencing test method to observe the ACE gene polymorphism.Using the ACE and angiotensin II kit to test the ACE level and the concentration of angiotensin II .Results There were differences between serum ACE levels of patients with different genotypes, the serum ACE level of Type DD (54.51±10.92)U/L patients was obviously higher than those of Type ID (43.08±11.45)U/L and II (36.13±11.21)U/L patients ; AngII in the hypertension group was obviously higher than that in the control group, but there was no significant difference among them ( >0.05). Conclusion The serum level of ACE was highest in patients with type DD,Allele D might be the genetic susceptibility gene of young adults with primary hypertension.关键词
