Abstract
Objective To analyze the curettage attract tube cleaning process through management application failure mode and effect analysis method, to improve the cleaning process and the quality of curettage attract tube cleaning. Methods By organizing failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA) project team, failure mode and effect analysis of management method is applied to analyze the effect of various affect factors on cleaning the curettage attract tube and find out the reason to formulate prevention measures. Results After the failure mode and effect analysis is used and managed, the figure of RPN decreases obviously. Before the management, the figure of RPN is 1185; after the management, the figure of RPN is 216, decreased by 81.8%, which improves the cleaning quality. Conclusion Failure mode and effect analysis, as a risk management tool, can analyze and find out all kinds of factors that affect the cleaning quality during the process of cleaning of suction tube for curettage so as to effectively guarantee the cleaning quality.关键词
